The location was great parking was free really nice staff plus rooms were big lovely place I noticed a lot of older couples probably b better for couples but we have lovely peaceful sleep before heading to airport next morning

We were in Belfast for three nights, I was on crutches having injured my knee and the lovely staff upgraded us to the suite on the ground floor which was so kind, this made things a lot easier without having to navigate stairs and having more space in the room, generally made things a lot more comfortable. They were so helpful, even left a bucket of ice in the room for me to ice my knee after a long day around the city. Such a great location for exploring Belfast too. Belfast is such a lovely friendly city and this hotel is no different :-) Thanks for a great stay!

We didn’t know Belfast at all, so chose an hotel hoping we’d chosen something good. Nadine at reception was excellent, our room was clean and well appointed and the omelet I had for breakfast was outstanding. We used uber to get to town, about £8 and a bus to get home.

First of all, the staff members Lyun and Monika were extremely helpful and friendly. They both made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is quiet and peaceful, but only a short stroll to Lisburn Road and Malone Road, with good transport links and restaurants. It is approximately 12 minutes on foot to the splendid Botanic Gardens.Breakfast is £10 per person, but neither my wife nor I eat meat or dairy products. However, Lyun produced some non dairy milk for us, and we had cereal, toast, tea, fruit, and a non dairy bread roll and small cakes! They do eggs, any way you wish, and have a selection of meats. We had a wonderful stay here and intend to return when we next visit Belfast. Thank you so much for having us, and I would certainly recommend staying here.

great location, easy to get to and has parking, super clean rooms and the breakfast was good. had loads of options on the breakfast. staff are lovely and helpful too. a quiet area and suited us for what we were in town for.

Breakfast was so nice A lot of food was saved anything you wanted was there. . The location was great near the bus stop near shops. Restaurants Etc. we loved every minute of the place. Those that drink pubs were just near by. Great staff friendly and welcoming. I was welcomed like I was home. Checked in so fast no problem. My stay was great.thank you

The Hotel was gorgeous, and amazing value for money considering we booked last minute. The room was lovely and so clean, the housekeeping team deserve a big thank you for their work. The receptionist was so helpful and friendly. My friend and I felt so safe and completely at home, and could not have asked for better service during our stay. Would recommend to anyone coming to stay in Belfast.
