Beautiful homely hotel in a lovely leafy street within walking distance of the shopping/restaurants and cafes of the Lisburn road and within walking distance of Belfast City Centre. Rooms were really spacious including spacious ensuite and the super king was exceptionally comfortable. Considering quite central area, the room was a haven of tranquility and quiet. Staff were really friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. Loved the option of the luggage room that had irons and additional teas/coffees/milks/shampoos etc that you could help yourself to and the late night self-serve door access! Off street parking also available.

Large, comfortable, clean room (some stains on the carpet but that's it). The staff were lovely. The radiators were on in the room when we got there so it was very warm.

The place is amazing, the exterior, common areas, and also our room were decorated with so much taste. The room was very clean, big bed. The atmosphere was very nice. It is a short walk from University, and as we came to a conference that was very convenient to us. The staff ladies were all very nice and acommodating. They offer a rate for breakfast in a nearby cafe that is superb as well! Can only recommend!

Nice hotel location (only about 2 km from the city centre), quite a few options to eat out in the nearest neighbourhood. Free parking available for 7-8 cars at the rear of the building (on a "first to come / first to park" basis) Historical building with an interesting rustic athosphere :) Nice, clean, decent size room with a spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed. Kettle, cups, tea and coffee in the room. Flat tv. Great and helpful staff members :)

Found it funny to see the room said 'Michelle's Room'. This was coincidental but funny for us. The property suited our needs but felt it was a bit expensive for what we got (room only). The room itself was quite basic - didn't have anywhere to place our clothes for example. But other than that, we had a pleasant stay. It was clean and comfortable and staff were very friendly. The area is lovely. Near Queen's University and the Botanical Gardens. Parking was a bit tight around the back but we managed it OK.
